TSG Management
Jonathan D. Sprague,
President, has been with TSG since 1998. Originally
serving as TSG’s Vice President and General Counsel,
Mr. Sprague was named President in 2001. He formerly practiced
corporate and commercial law with Hunter, Maclean, Exley
and Dunn, P.C. in Savannah, Georgia as a partner and head
of the firm’s corporate section. (More

Dean E. Bedford,
P.E., Water Treatment Specialist, has over 20
years of experience in the design, construction and operation
of water treatment facilities and offers particular expertise
in membrane treatment systems. Prior experience includes
18 years working in the Caribbean as a desalination water
system developer and regional manager for Aqua Design/Ionics
and two years with the international engineering firm
of CH2M HILL. Mr. Bedford is primarily responsible for
the engineering and design of desalination and other membrane
water treatment projects. (More

Kiera S. Fitzgerald,
P.E., Water Reclamation Specialist, has two decades
of experience in the design, construction and operation
of advanced wastewater treatment facilities. Prior to joining
TSG, Ms. Fitzgerald headed CH2M HILL’s design-build
group in Florida and managed several of their largest treatment
plant designs, including the 20 MGD Reedy Creek advanced
WWTP that serves Disney® Resorts. At TSG, Ms. Fitzgerald
is primarily responsible for the engineering and design
of membrane bioreactor (MBR) and other wastewater treatment
projects.

Donnie W. Terrill, Jr.,
Senior Design Manager, has over 19 years of experience in
the construction and operation of water treatment facilities. Prior experience
includes his role as a production manager with George Scott International and
project management for GE/Osmonics. Mr. Terrill also has a strong electrical
background. Mr. Terrill is responsible for the completion of the design and
completion of water and wastewater treatment projects. (More

Thomas J. Standridge,
Construction Manager, has over 30 years
of experience in construction management and construction
services. Mr. Standridge is a licensed General Contractor,
has extensive experience in concrete and coatings applications,
and has worked on small and large wastewater treatment
plants, conventional, brackish and seawater treatment plants
and a wide variety of groundwater systems. Prior to joining
TSG, he was a key member of CH2M HILL where he worked
with both Mr. Bedford and Ms. Fitzgerald on numerous projects.
Mr. Standridge heads TSG’s construction services
division and is uniquely skilled at fast track and alternative
project delivery.

Matthew Politzi,
General Manager, BVI, has over 20 years
of experience in treatment plant startup and operation.
Mr. Politzi was TSG’s construction manager for the
installation of a 1,300 ft. seawater intake pipe in Great
Cruz Bay to provide feed-water for the Westin Resort’s
seawater treatment plant on St. John and has also been
involved in the commissioning of two of the largest
membrane based seawater desalination plants in the Caribbean.
Mr. Politzi specializes in mechanics, instrumentation
and control, construction and operational troubleshooting. (More

Robert J. Petersen,
General Manager, USVI, Mr.
Peterson joined TSG in 2000 and has more than 24 years
of experience in water resources, groundwater field investigations,
and site restoration and remediation. He is currently
the general manager of TSG's USVI office, where he is responsible for
the operation of 15 plants. (More

William T. Leeper,
General Manager, Turks and Caicos Islands, and Director of
Operations. Prior to coming to the Turks and Caicos Islands, Mr. Leeper was
the operations manager for TSG's Virgin Islands operation consisting of as
many as 14 water and wastewater treatment plants. He has experience and
certifications with both water and wastewater treatment processes. Mr. Leeper
joined TSG in June of 1999 after having served in the U.S. Army as a water
purification specialist. Mr. Leeper has a Bachelor of Science from Iowa State
University in Biology.
Robert E. May,
Chief Financial Officer, has been with
TSG since 2001. Mr. May is a Certified Public Accountant
with more than 15 years of experience in the accounting
and financial industry. He is responsible for all financial
aspects of the company and its subsidiaries. Prior to joining
TSG, Mr. May was assistant controller with Savannah Foods
and Industries, Inc., one of the nation’s largest
sugar processors with over $1 billion in annual sales,
and was formerly an auditor with Deloitte, Haskins and
Sells.

Donald L. Mayer,
Vice President, has been involved with
TSG since 1998, serving originally as a director and joining
the company as a Vice President in 2001. A graduate of Harvard
University and University of Michigan Law School, Mr. Mayer
previously held positions of Senior Vice President with
Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. and Secretary and General Counsel
with Gates Learjet Corp. Mr. Mayer is responsible for the
areas of risk management, human resources, legal matters,
and investor relations for TSG. (More

Mr. Dana is a principal in the firm Lazard, Dana L.L.P.,
and was formerly a
Tax Partner and Senior Manager with Price Waterhouse.
He also served as

F. Sprague Exley, Director.
Retired Sr. Vice President of Savannah Foods and Industries, Inc., a
Fortune 500 company with $1.2 Billion in revenues prior to its sale to
Imperial Holly in 1997. Mr. Exley is a partner with Montis and Exley
Asset Management, LLC, and is a Director and President of Adeline Sugar
Factory Co., Ltd. During his career, Mr. Exley has served on bank, corporate,
hospital, and community boards. He is presently Chairman of the South
University Board of Directors.

Retired President, Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer of Savannah Foods & Industries, Inc., a Fortune
500 company with $1.2 billion in revenues prior to its
sale to Imperial Holly in 1997. Mr. Sprague also served
as President and Director of Adeline Sugar Factory Co. Ltd.
until his retirement in 2004. Mr. Sprague has served
on numerous industry and civic boards.
Barbara J. Pope, Director.
President of Barbara J. Pope, P.C., a financial consulting
firm and also President of Sedgwick Street
Fund, LLC, a large private investment partnership. Member
of Board of Directors, Marshall Funds, Inc., the proprietary
mutual fund family sponsored by Marshall & Ilsley Bank.
Ms. Pope was formerly a Tax Partner with Price Waterhouse
in their Chicago office.
