TSG Water Resources

As Vice President and General Counsel, Mr. Mayer fills a number of roles for TSG. He serves not only as legal counsel for the company, he is also primarily responsible for human resources, safety, risk management, and investor and customer relations. Mr. Mayer works in the company's corporate office in Savannah, Georgia.

Mr. Mayer is an avid pilot who worked extensively in the aviation industry before joining TSG.Most recently, Mr. Mayer served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation with responsibility for general corporate, litigation, risk management, commercial, secretarial and miscellaneous legal affairs. Before his employment with Gulfstream, he served as Secretary and General Counsel for Gates Learjet Corporation, responsible for the full spectrum of legal and secretarial affairs related to corporate operations, including product litigation, securities, insurance and general corporate law matters.
