Key Features:
The fixed unit cost of water for the term of the agreement (adjustments only for inflation and cost of power)
Term of at least 10 years minimizes water cost; option to exit agreement every five years or upon a sale of the property
Monthly minimum usage (water not used one month can be “banked” for use in future months at no additional cost)
Available for new developments and existing resorts
On-site wastewater systems are also available
Capital available for:
Acquisition of new treatment equipment or existing equipment
Upgrade or expansion of existing equipment
