Turnkey Long Term Water Supply and Treatment

TSG Water Resources, WaterMark, and Akira have partnered together to create TSG Water Partners to provide distributed water and wastewater treatment systems under a Private Water Utility arrangement to resorts and real estate developments in Latin America and the Caribbean.

As resorts and private residential communities begin to emerge from the COVID-19 crisis, many are considering converting their properties to a Private Water Utility arrangement not only for the immediate financial benefits that it may provide, but also for the long-term assurance of high quality, reliable utility service.

In a “Private Water Utility” arrangement, TSG Water Partners assumes the risk and responsibility to design, build, finance and operate critical water and wastewater assets including desalination and/or wastewater treatment systems. A turnkey solution is provided under a long-term service contract between TSG Water Partners and its clients, which includes all consumables along with the maintenance, repair and replacement of all mechanical and electrical equipment.

  • For existing water and wastewater systems: TSG Water Partners can acquire these systems for an upfront cash payment and can make the necessary upgrades and/or expansions if necessary. TSG Water Partners will then operate and maintain the system for the term of the agreement.
  • For new developments: TSG Water Partners provides a turnkey water and wastewater project that match the requirements for all phases of the development life cycle including engineering, design, permitting assistance, construction, and operation of these critical systems.

Whether a new or existing system, TSG Water Partners will leverage decades of experience to provide clients with peace of mind, unparalleled expertise and superb care of critical water infrastructure. TSG Water Partners is committed to long-term partnership with new and existing resorts and real estate developments in providing the right solution to meet the growing water and wastewater needs.
